How SpikePanel collects, uses, stores, and shares personal information.
Account information such as email address, display name, Google sign-in identity, verification status, login timestamps, and notification preferences.
Product data such as watchlists, portfolio tickers, followed authors, alerts, searches, digest preferences, and usage events.
Technical data such as IP address, device, browser, cookies, analytics events, logs, and security signals.
We use information to operate accounts, sync watchlists, send daily briefs and alerts, detect abuse, improve product quality, provide support, and process billing when paid plans are available.
We may use aggregated or de-identified data to understand product performance and market-interest patterns.
We use providers such as Cloudflare for hosting, security, email routing, queues, and edge services; Google for OAuth and analytics; Dodo Payments for checkout, tax, receipts, refunds, and payment operations; and infrastructure providers for API and database hosting.
These providers process information only as needed to provide their services to SpikePanel or to comply with law.
SpikePanel uses first-party cookies or local storage for language, session, preferences, and product state. Google Analytics measures page usage to improve the product.
You can control cookies through your browser settings, but some account or preference features may not work without them.
We keep personal information only as long as needed for product operation, security, legal, tax, billing, dispute, and support purposes.
You can request account deletion or data questions by contacting support@spikepanel.com.
SpikePanel may process information in countries different from where you live. We take reasonable steps to protect data according to the nature of the service and applicable requirements.
