SpikePanel provides market discussion analytics, AI-generated summaries, watchlists, portfolio monitoring, alerts, and daily brief push notifications based on public market commentary and related data sources.

The service is provided for research and informational purposes only. It is not financial, investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and connected login methods secure.

We may limit, suspend, or terminate access if we detect abuse, security risk, misuse of the service, or activity that could harm SpikePanel, other users, or our infrastructure.

Paid plans, when available, are sold through Dodo Payments or another checkout provider shown at checkout. The checkout page displays the final price, currency, tax, renewal cadence, and payment method before you pay.

Invoices, receipts, applicable taxes, payment processing, refunds, and chargeback workflows may be handled by Dodo Payments as merchant of record.

If a plan renews automatically, that renewal will be disclosed before purchase. You can request cancellation through the account billing area or by contacting support.

Cancellation normally prevents future renewal. Access to paid features may continue until the end of the paid billing period unless the checkout provider or applicable law requires a different result.

You may not attack, overload, scrape at abusive volume, resell, reverse engineer, bypass access controls, or use the service to create misleading, unlawful, or harmful activity.

You may not treat AI summaries, rankings, or alerts as a guarantee of market performance.

Market data, public posts, author scores, AI summaries, and ticker analysis may be delayed, incomplete, or wrong.

You are responsible for independently verifying information before making any financial decision.
